Rankings are based on the following criteria: 1) most total points (with 3 for win and 1 for tie), 2) highest goal differential, 3) fewest goals allowed, 4) most goals scored, 5) head-to-head play (if any), 6) best record vs. common opponents, 7) coin toss.
Maximum Goal differential is +5 each game.
